Mid-market investment bank Matrix Capital Markets Group is expanding its industry coverage by establishing a healthcare practice to provide merger & acquisitions and capital raising services to privately-held and private-equity owned companies.

Leading the new healthcare practice is David Keys, Director, who joined Matrix in 2013 with nearly a decade of M&A experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Matrix, Mr. Keys was a partner with Creswell Partners, a holding company that acquired and operated labs focused on drugs of abuse testing. Before Creswell, he was a Vice President of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group at Harris Williams & Co., where he worked with healthcare service and medical device companies across a number of sectors.
