William Frank Joins WCAS as Operating Executive

frank nfWilliam Frank has joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) as an Operating Executive in the Firm’s Resources Group. Mr. Frank was most recently an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company.

The WCAS Resources Group is responsible for developing and implementing operational improvements across WCAS portfolio companies. Over the last several years, WCAS has built its Resources Group to approximately twenty-five professionals with operating, industry and functional expertise in areas such as human resources, pricing, procurement, audit and capital markets.

“Bill brings a deep operating background, having worked with several multinational clients while at McKinsey, and we are excited that he has joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe,” said Tony de Nicola, Co-President of WCAS. “We look forward to his many future contributions to our portfolio.”

Prior to working at McKinsey & Company, Mr. Frank served as an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps from 2001 through 2004. He has a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
