The WCAS Resources Group is responsible for developing and implementing operational improvements across WCAS portfolio companies. Over the last several years, WCAS has built its Resources Group to approximately twenty-five professionals with operating, industry and functional expertise in areas such as human resources, pricing, procurement, audit and capital markets.

Prior to working at McKinsey & Company, Mr. Frank served as an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps from 2001 through 2004. He has a BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
