Cascade Partners, a mid-market private investment firm and investment bank, has added Gary Lewis to its team as a Managing Director. Mr. Lewis will work with Cascade’s existing team in the sourcing and execution of transactions both for private investment and investment banking.

Mr. Lewis has 14 years of principal investing, mergers & acquisitions and capital raising experience, including senior and subordinated debt, convertible securities, and public and private equity offerings. He began his career in investment banking with Banc of America Securities in the firm’s Global Industries and Services Group. Mr. Lewis also spent several years as a private equity investor focusing on growth-oriented and buyout situations while serving in various capacities with Goense & Company, Winona Capital and Bainbridge Ventures. In addition, Mr. Lewis previously held an operating role as a Vice President – Business Development with American BioCare, a provider of home healthcare services. Mr. Lewis graduated from Kalamazoo College with a BA in Economics. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
