Eureka Growth Promotes and Hires

eureka nf1Eureka Growth Capital has promoted Alexandra (Tassie) Oswald to Vice President and has hired Brendan Stancato as an Analyst.

oswald nfTassie Oswald was promoted to Vice President from Senior Associate. She joined Eureka full-time in 2009 as an Associate after working with Eureka as a summer intern in 2008. Ms. Oswald participated in the due diligence and financing efforts for each of Eureka’s two most recent platform acquisitions, Creative Co-Op and West Academic, and has been involved in the sourcing and evaluation of several of Eureka’s existing and prospective portfolio companies. She received a BA in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

stacato nfBrendan Stancato joined Eureka as an Analyst in 2013 and is responsible for evaluating new investments, due diligence and working with Eureka’s senior and subordinated debt relationships. Prior to joining Eureka, he was an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co., providing sector research, process execution and financial analysis. Mr. Stancato received a BS in Economics from Penn State.

Eureka Growth Capital makes control and non-control investments in companies with $10 million to $75 million in revenue. Initial equity investments range from $4 million to $10 million, but larger investments can be made with co-investment from the firm’s limited partners. The firm prefers investment opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern US. Eureka Growth was founded in 1999 and is based in Philadelphia (www.eurekagrowth.com).
