Mid-market investment bank Livingstone has promoted Andrew Bozzelli and Ryan Buckley to Director and has hired Himal Agarwal as a new Associate.
“These individuals are first rate professionals,” said Livingstone Partner Steve Miles. “Ryan has been a part of the team for over six years and Andy came on board a few years after him with many years of experience. Both have made significant contributions to very important transactions and have matured into skilled investment bankers and leaders in and out of the firm.”
Mr. Bozzelli joined the firm in 2010 and specializes in M&A, capital raising, and financial restructuring across multiple sectors. He was previously a Tax Manager at KPMG where he spent over five years advising private equity firms, corporations, and other entities on tax issues related to US and international equity and debt investments. Mr. Bozzelli earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, and his BBA and MS from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Buckley, who joined at the firm’s inception in 2007, has nearly ten years of M&A and capital raising experience particularly in consumer and healthcare. Prior to Livingstone, he worked as an Analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang and in the workout group of Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services. Mr. Buckley received his BBA from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Agarwal has over six years of investment banking and private equity experience. Most recently, he was an associate in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse. Previously, he worked at Svoboda Capital Partners and William Blair & Company. Mr. Agarwal earned his MBA and BA from Northwestern University.
