Lincoln International represented Sanders Industries in the recent sale of its operating subsidiary, Alloy Die Casting, to Gladstone Investment Corporation and Gladstone Capital Corporation.
Alloy Die Casting Co. (ADC) is a manufacturer of finished aluminum and zinc castings used in the commercial aerospace, medical, industrial, defense, automotive aftermarket and communications /electronics industries. ADC provides its customers with engineering support and custom tool design and fabrication, as well as in-house machining and finishing capabilities. The company was founded in 1946 and is headquartered in Buena Park, CA (www.alloydie.com).
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Sanders Industries and ADC, working with the company’s management team and shareholders throughout the sale process. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, buyer coordination and contact, due diligence and final negotiation phases of the transaction.
