Business advisory firm Intrinsic has added Toni Peluso, formally with Lazard Middle Market, as their new Director of Business Development. Ms. Peluso is based in Chicago.
Ms. Peluso has over 10 years of experience in both investment banking and private equity. Prior to Lazard Middle Market, she was the Business Development Manager at Lake Capital, an $800 million Chicago-based private equity firm. Ms. Peluso is active in the Chicago middle market M&A community and is on the steering committee for the Chicago chapter of Women’s Association of Venture and Equity (WAVE), a nonprofit organization, which was founded in 2003 and is committed to the development and advancement of women in private equity and venture capital.
