DW Healthcare Sells St. Andrews to Bregal Partners

dwhp nfDW Healthcare Partners (DWHP) has sold its portfolio company, St. Andrews Acquisitions (DBA US Community Behavioral), to Bregal Partners.  DWHP acquired US Community Behavioral in 2007.

US Community Behavioral (USCB) is a multi-state provider of community-based residential and behavioral services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the western United States.  The company provides services including supported living, licensed homes, employment services, as well as autism and other therapy-based behavioral services.  The company is based in Spokane, WA (no website found).

DWHP purchased a majority interest in US Community Behavioral six years ago. Through a strategic growth and acquisition plan DWHP built a multi-state platform offering best-in-class services to become a leading provider in the intellectual and developmental disabilities services industry.

DW Healthcare Partners is a private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. The firm manages over $500 million in committed capital and invests in profitable healthcare companies with proven management teams.  The firm is based in Park City, UT (www.dwhp.com).

DWHP is currently seeking investment opportunities in healthcare companies generating over $4 million in EBITDA for its third fund which has $265 million of committed capital.

Bregal Partners invests from $25 million to $75 million of equity in companies operating in the consumer, food & retail, energy services and healthcare industries.
