“US Community Behavioral will serve as a platform investment in what has been a targeted area of focus for us,” said Robert Bergmann, managing partner and co-founder of Bregal Partners. “With leadership from an excellent management team, we expect to build on USCB’s reputation for clinical excellence and market leadership. We anticipate aggressive growth for the business, organically and through continued acquisitions, in an effort to create a national provider that retains a local focus in delivering high quality care to its clients.”
Bregal Partners invests from $25 million to $75 million of equity in companies operating in the consumer, food & retail, energy services and healthcare industries. Target investments generate $15 million to $75 million or more of EBITDA. Bregal Partners is based in New York (www.bregalpartners.com).
“This marks the beginning of an exciting new era for our organization as a strong, well-capitalized platform positioned for expansion. Equally important, Bregal understands the importance of the care that we provide and is committed to helping us maintain our clinical focus as we grow the business together. We’re extremely pleased to announce our partnership,” said US Community Behavioral CEO Martin Favis.
