Fort Point Capital Acquires Engineering Planning and Management

epm nfFort Point Capital has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority equity interest in Engineering Planning and Management, a provider of engineering services to the nuclear power industry.

Engineering Planning and Management (EPM) is a provider of engineering, consulting, probabilistic risk assessment, fire protection services, and software to the nuclear power industry and other commercial customers. The company’s products and services address the safety challenges faced by nuclear power generation facilities through mission critical software and professional engineering services. The company has provided services to the vast majority of the nuclear power facilities across the US and Canada. Engineering Planning and Management was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Framingham, MA (www.epm-inc.com).
