Clairvest Promotes Mitch Green to Managing Director

green nfClairvest Group has promoted Mitch Green to Managing Director, effective immediately. Mr. Green has been with Clairvest since 2002 and has been involved with Clairvest’s efforts in the equipment rental industry, IT services and selective business service verticals.

“Mitch plays a key role in driving Clairvest’s growth in some of its core industry domains. His involvement in deal origination and execution contributed to the firm’s successful track record and he is truly an invaluable member of the Clairvest team,” said Jeff Parr, Co-CEO and Managing Director of Clairvest Group Inc. “We are proud of Mitch’s milestone with Clairvest and trust that he will realize great success in his new role.”

He has been a director of Clairvest success stories such as Shepell-fgi and PEER 1, both winners of the Canadian Venture Capital Association Deal of the Year award. Mr. Green currently serves on the boards of CRS Contractors Rental Supply and Linen King. Mr. Green earned an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School and a BS with Honors from Cornell University.

The Clairvest Group invests in mid-market companies, principally in North America, across a range of industries. Clairvest looks to invest from $15 million to $50 million in equity capital in companies with EBITDAs from $5 million to $40 million. Desired ownership percentages range from 20% to 80%.
