Madison Capital Hires West Coast Origination Pro

scott nfMadison Capital Funding has hired Jeffrey Scott as the firm’s new Head of West Coast Origination. Mr. Scott will be responsible for overseeing business development and client relationships in the region.

Mr. Scott joins Madison from Cerberus Capital where he was a Managing Director responsible for running the firm’s Chicago office, sourcing new financing opportunities, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior to Cerberus, he was an Associate at Antares Capital where he underwrote cash flow senior loans and equity co-investments for private equity backed companies. He started his career in commercial banking at American National Bank where sourced and underwrote asset-based loans for middle-market businesses. Mr. Scott received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Wheaton College.

Sectors of interest include manufacturing, distribution, services, consumer products, healthcare, insurance & financial services, aerospace & defense, and technology services.
