Amherst Partners has hired Tracy Beyersdorf as a Director in its Restructuring and Turnaround Advisory practice. She will be located in the firm’s Birmingham, MI office.
Ms. Beyersdorf specializes in providing advisory assistance related to the turnaround and restructure of financially distressed middle-market companies. Ms. Beyersdorf will work with clients to identify issues, develop turnaround strategies, manage communication with lenders and other business partners and execute to achieve desired results.
Prior to joining Amherst Partners, Ms. Beyersdorf held commercial finance positions at Comerica Bank and Fifth Third Bank, including roles in healthcare finance, troubled debt restructuring, and private equity-sponsored cash flow and asset-based lending. While in commercial finance, Ms. Beyersdorf structured transactions and advised on capital structure components, negotiated and oversaw loan documentation and managed relationships with clients across a spectrum of industries including automotive, food and beverage, construction, plastics, technology, healthcare, energy and transportation. Ms. Beyersdorf earned her BS in Finance and Economics from Lake Superior State University.
