Alex Glantz and Todd Davison have joined Centerview as new partners. Mr. Glantz and Mr. Davison were most recently Co-Heads of North American Media at Morgan Stanley and have advised on over $285 billion of transactions. The two new partners will co-head Centerview’s media group and will be based in New York.

Mr. Glantz and Mr. Davison are both experienced bankers in media and related sectors, having been advisors to many companies including CBS, Clear Channel, Comcast, Cox, Hearst, IHS, Laureate Education, McGraw-Hill, Reed Elsevier, Thomson Reuters, Time Warner, Viacom and Warner Music Group. Mr. Davison and Mr. Glantz have also advised many private equity firms in the acquisition, sale, and financing of media investments.
Prior to joining Centerview, Mr. Davison was a Managing Director and Co-Head of North American Media at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Davison worked with a range of global and domestic media companies and has been involved in over $200 billion of strategic and financing transactions. He has worked at Morgan Stanley for over 15 years. He holds a BS and BA from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Prior to joining Centerview, Mr. Glantz was a Managing Director and Co-Head of North American Media at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Glantz has been involved in over $85 billion of strategic and financing transactions. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2000, Mr. Glantz worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and Bertelsmann. Mr. Glantz holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
