Erik Egerer has joined Amherst Partners as a new Director. Mr. Egerer will be based in the firm’s Birmingham, MI office.
Mr. Egerer has nearly 15 years experience providing advisory assistance relating to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising for middle-market companies across a range of industries. He has advised on nearly $1 billion in total transaction value over his career, serving clients ranging from family-owned business to multi-national corporations.
Prior to joining Amherst, Mr. Egerer served as Vice President with Grant Thornton Corporate Finance where he focused on executing M&A, distressed M&A and capital raising transactions. Previously, Mr. Egerer held investment banking positions with Stout Risius Ross and Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Co. Mr. Egerer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University and his MBA from Michigan State.
