Peter Lee, who joined Grey Mountain as an Associate in 2010, has been promoted to Senior Associate.
Prior to joining the firm Peter was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Middle Market Restructuring group at Lazard in New York where he was involved in providing merger and acquisition, corporate finance, and restructuring services to middle market companies. Mr. Lee has a BA in History from Carleton College.
Grey Mountain Partners invests in middle market companies with enterprise values between $30 million and $150 million. The firm invests up to $75 million in control acquisitions across a range of industries. Grey Mountain is currently investing from its second fund, Grey Mountain Partners Fund II, LP.
