Investment bank Stout Risius Ross (SRR) has hired Nick Jachim as a new Managing Director in its Chicago office. Mr. Jachim will lead the firm’s Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Jachim has 25 years of experience providing advice on a range of topics including mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, strategic alternatives, deal negotiation and execution to public corporations, privately held companies, family businesses, and portfolio companies of private equity funds.
Prior to joining SRR, Mr. Jachim was a Managing Director in the Chicago office of KPMG Corporate Finance, where he most recently served as leader of the Consumer Markets group. His industry experience includes food & beverage, consumer products, retail, agriculture, distribution, industrial markets, automotive, business services, healthcare, and financial services. In addition to his investment banking background, Mr. Jachim has performed numerous business valuation, fairness opinion, and restructuring projects for his clients. Mr. Jachim earned his MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago and AB in Economics from Princeton University.
