Thompson Street Capital Partners has partnered with management to acquire FocusVision Worldwide, a provider of web-based video streaming services used in market research applications.

FocusVision is a provider of online video transmission, analysis and archive services for the qualitative market research industry. The company services are used to observe and manage market research focus groups remotely via video streaming technology and to manage, edit and store focus group sessions. FocusVision has approximately 100 employees and has offices in the US, the UK and Singapore. The company is a headquartered in Stamford, CT (www.focusvision.com).
