Insight Equity Promotes Six

Insight Equity has announced the internal promotions of six of its team members. Andrew Boisseau and Jack Waterstreet have been promoted to Principal, Brad Buser has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Daniel Davidson and Neal Jain have been promoted to Senior Associate and Felicia Hardwick has been promoted to Director of Investor Relations and Resources.

Since joining Insight Equity in 2008, Andrew Boisseau has been a valuable member of the firm contributing to deal execution and operations at the portfolio company level. He manages the firm’s investments in Meadow Valley Contractors, a heavy civil construction contractor specializing in structural concrete highway bridges and overpasses, and the paving of highways in AZ, NV, UT, and surrounding states; and American Civil Constructors, a civil and landscape construction company focused on road rehabilitation and paving services, bridge construction and repair, reservoir and culvert construction, as well as commercial landscape construction.

Jack Waterstreet joined Insight Equity in 2009 and has been a key contributor to the firm’s efforts to invest capital and improve existing portfolio company operations. Mr. Waterstreet manages the firm’s investments in New Star Metals, a provider of steel processing and supply chain solutions services to an array of end markets; Versatile Processing Group, an industrial processor of non-ferrous and other metals servicing the manufacturing, electric utility, and metal recycling industries; and Berry Family of Nurseries, a wholesale grower of perennial and woody ornamental plants serving both big box retail stores and independent nurseries.

Since joining Insight Equity in 2009, Brad Buser has contributed significantly to the deployment of capital in new investments as well as operational improvement within the portfolio. He manages the firm’s investments in Micross Components, a provider of specialty electronic components for military, space, medical and industrial applications; Flanders Corporation, a manufacturer of air filters and related products; Allied Energy Company, an independent wholesale distributor and refiner of petroleum-based fuel products; and Saiia Construction, an industrial site maintenance and civil construction company.

Daniel Davidson and Neal Jain joined Insight Equity in 2011 and have provided support to the firm’s senior investment professionals on deal execution and portfolio company operational work.  Mr. Davidson works closely with the portfolio’s senior management teams at AEC Holdings, A.P. Plasman and Flanders Corporation, while Mr. Jain provides support to the senior management teams at Hirschfeld Industries, Atwood Mobile Products, and New Star Metals.

Since joining Insight Equity in 2004, Felicia Hardwick has been a key member of the team contributing to the organizational management and administration of the firm, as well as marketing the company to the private equity community.  Ms. Hardwick’s new responsibilities will include managing communications with existing and potential limited partners, as well as conducting research and analysis to support fundraising efforts.
