Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Goes Live on iLevel for Portfolio Monitoring

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R ) has selected and gone live on iLevel for its portfolio monitoring platform.  iLevel is a SaaS-based portfolio monitoring platform that automates data collection from portfolio companies and offers web and Excel-based reporting on thousands of investment performance metrics.

“We are continuously striving to enhance the services we provide to investors, and timely access to current, accurate portfolio company data is a capability that our investors highly value,” said Thomas Franco, Partner at CD&R.  “Implementing iLevel is an important milestone because it helps us keep our limited partners well informed about our businesses.”

iLevel Solutions offers a portfolio management platform for alternative asset managers that automates the collection, storage, collaboration, analysis, and reporting of portfolio data.  Investors in iLevel Solutions include Blackstone, The Carlyle Group, Duff & Phelps, Hamilton Lane, Swift River Investments, and Egis Capital Partners. iLevel is based in New York (www.ilevelsolutions.com).

“When you have large, multinational portfolio companies like CD&R, you have access to a lot of information for each investment. Unfortunately, the report formats and the metrics themselves tend to vary across portfolio companies; this is why firms like CD&R turn to iLevel – for streamlined data collection and cross-portfolio reporting,” said Rick Kushel, CEO of iLevel Solutions. “CD&R is a pioneer and true leader in the private equity market and we are honored to have them as an iLevel client.”

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice focuses on producing financial returns through building stronger more profitable businesses. Since inception, the firm has managed the investment of more than $18 billion in 55 businesses representing a range of industries with an aggregate transaction value of approximately $80 billion. Founded in 1978, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice is based in New York and London (www.cdr-inc.com).
