Monroe Capital has hired Ty Dealy as a new Managing Director. Mr. Dealy will establish an Atlanta office and will lead the firm’s national ESOP lending effort as well as originate transactions with private equity groups in the Southeast.

Ty will be responsible for leading our national ESOP lending efforts in addition to originating cash flow and enterprise value-based loans in private equity sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.”
Prior to Monroe, Mr. Dealy established and led the investment banking efforts of Walker Capital, a middle market investment banking firm that worked exclusively with regional CPA firms to provide sell-side advisory, private placement support and ESOP implementation services for middle market companies. Before Walker Capital, he worked for SoundView Technology Group, a Stamford, CT-based boutique investment bank where he provided strategic and advisory services in capital raising and M&A to public and privately-owned businesses. In addition, Mr. Dealy has worked in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen. He received a BS in Accounting from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
