Tim Thacher Joins Corridor Capital from Riverside

Corridor Capital has added Tim Thacher to its investment team as a new Senior Associate. With more than five years of principal investment and investment banking experience, Mr. Thacher will focus on acquisitions of specialty manufacturing and business services platform companies and portfolio support.

Prior to joining Corridor, Mr. Thacher was an Associate with The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm with over $3 billion under management. At Riverside, he was a member of the Micro-Cap Fund family, which concentrates on acquiring businesses with up to $5 million in EBITDA, the same target size deals as Corridor. At Riverside, Mr. Thacher gained deal execution and investment management experience as part of teams consummating 4 platform and 5 add-on transactions representing more than $190 million in total deal value. Before joining Riverside he spent 3 years in investment banking at Bear Stearns and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Thacher has a BA in Mathematical Economics from Pomona College.

Corridor Capital makes control investments in mid-market companies with EBITDA of $3 million to $10 million that are in the specialty manufacturing, business services and environmental services industries. Corridor focuses on complex situations, particularly those requiring growth support or operational or financial engagement.
