TA Associates has added to its investment staff in its Boston and Menlo Park offices as Ethan Liebermann and Emily McGinty have rejoined the firm as Vice Presidents in the Healthcare and Consumer Group in Boston and Jason Mironov has joined the firm as a Vice President in the Services Group in Menlo Park.
Mr. Liebermann focuses on investments in healthcare, consumer, retail and other services companies. Prior to attending graduate school, he served as an Associate at TA Associates, responsible for investment origination, transaction execution and portfolio management in the firm’s Healthcare and Consumer Group. Mr. Liebermann earlier served as an Analyst with Banc of America Securities in the Global Healthcare Corporate and Investment Banking Group. Mr. Liebermann received a BA in Economics and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ms. McGinty focuses on investments in consumer, education and other services companies. Prior to attending graduate school, she served as an Associate at TA Associates, responsible for investment origination, transaction execution and portfolio management in the firm’s Services Group, with a focus on the education and consumer sectors. Ms. McGinty was previously an Analyst with J.P. Morgan Securities in the Consumer, Healthcare and Retail Group. Ms. McGinty received a BA in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Mironov focuses on investments in business, financial, consumer and other services companies. Prior to attending graduate school, he served as an Associate with Spectrum Equity Investors, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and participating in all aspects of the investment process, including deal generation, transaction negotiation, structuring, execution and portfolio company management. He was previously an Analyst with J.P. Morgan Securities in the Consumer, Healthcare and Retail Group, both in the U.S. and South Africa. Mr. Mironov received a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
