Baird Capital Partners announced today that David Schroeder has joined the firm as an Operating Partner. Mr. Schroeder will work with Baird Capital Partners to source, evaluate and oversee investment opportunities in the manufacturing sector and will be based in the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Mr. Schroeder received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is Chairman of the Board at Justrite Manufacturing and also sits on the Board of Digi-Star Holdings, both of which are current Baird Capital Partners portfolio companies. He previously served on the Board of the National Association of Manufacturers.
In addition to this role with Baird Capital Partners, Mr. Schroeder is Principal of Corvus Advisors, which provides executive level support in business planning and measurement, change management and strategy formulation. His previous experience includes roles as President and CEO of Intermatic; Group Vice President and then Senior Vice President and CFO of Brady Corp.; and President and CEO of Uniroyal Plastics.
