A & S Services Group, a logistics services provider and a portfolio company of Larsen MacColl Partners, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Kinard Trucking. “We are growing aggressively in the Mid-Atlantic region, looking for additional acquisitions and recruiting to add to our professional driving staff,” said A&S President Ken Buck. Kinard will operate as a division of A&S Services Group.
Kinard Trucking is a provider of short-haul trucking and warehousing services. It serves customers across a number of industries, such as food, textiles, apparel, furniture, appliances, chemicals, non-bulk petroleum products, rubber, plastics, metal and wood products. A&S is a provider of trucking, warehousing and logistics services to shippers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
