Fireman Capital Partners has hired Clara Maddox as a new Vice President at the firm. Ms. Maddox will manage the origination and diligence of new investment opportunities, structure transactions and work with the firm’s portfolio companies.

Ms. Maddox most recently served as an associate at TPG, a global private equity firm with over $49 billion of capital under management. At TPG, Ms. Maddox worked in the firm’s middle market private equity group, TPG Growth, where she identified and evaluated growth equity and leveraged buyout transactions across the consumer/retail and healthcare industries. Prior to TPG Growth, Ms. Maddox was an investment banking analyst in the Financial Instituti
ons Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ms. Maddox holds an MBA from Harvard and a BS in Economics from Vanderbilt.
