Olympus Partners Acquires Rotonics Manufacturing

May 4, 2012 –  It was announced today that Snyder Industries, a division of Tank Holding Company, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, has acquired certain assets of Rotonics Manufacturing, a rotational plastic molding company.

Rotonics manufactures and distributes a product line that includes bins, buoys, fuel and hydraulic tanks, linen and laundry carts, oil recovery systems, pallets, pontoons, refuse containers and utility enclosures.  In 2011 Rotonics generated revenue of approximately $40 million. The company is base in Commerce City, CO (www.rotodynamics.com).

Snyder Industries acquired the Rotonics facilities located in Bensenville, IL and Commerce City, CO, as well as the marketing and design operations in Indianapolis, IN.  Snyder Industries is a manufacturer of polyethylene and steel material handling products.
